Promotion Itinerary and Discount Rate^#J, C, D, Z are Business Class codes; G, E are Super Economy Class codes; Y, B, M, U, H, Q, V, W, S are Economy Class codes.
Upgrading Service
1)For passengers whose Air China ticket is from Singapore to China ticket and is one-way or round-trip in the Economy Class Q or above, his/her seat (the flight departing from Singapore) can be upgraded to the Super Economy Class subject to availability;

2)For passengers whose Air China ticket is from Singapore to China ticket and is one-way or round-trip in the Economy Class M or above, or the Super Economy Class G or above, his/her seat (the flight departing from Singapore) can be upgraded to the Business Class subject to availability;

3)For passengers whose Air China ticket is from Singapore to Europe ticket in the Economy Class B or above, or from Singapore to North America in the Economy Class M or above, his/her seat (both flights from and to Singapore) can be upgraded to the Business Class subject to availability.
4)The following periods are excluded: 17 to 25 Jan 2020; 29 Jan to 8 Feb 2020.
