新加坡建国六十周年，海外狮城人异国庆贺
今年既是新加坡建国六十周年，也是新中两国建交35周年。为深入推进“与时俱进的全方位高质量的前瞻性伙伴关系”，黄循财总理访华与习近平总书记、李强总理等中方领导人举行了成功会谈，决定“推动重大项目提质升级，续写高质量合作新篇章”。

2023年10月28日，在中国驻新加坡大使馆的关心支持下，新加坡-中国科学与技术交流促进协会邀请在新知名专家学者与部分会员莅临中国驻新加坡大使馆观看《李光耀与中国改革开放》专题纪录片。
2022年9月19日下午，新中科促会青年团等四十多名成员出席了由新加坡国会议员陈浍敏女士发表的题为“The Pursuit of Science and the Alleviation of Suffering”的主题报告。
Thank you very much for your trust and support. I have been elected as the President of the Singapore-China Association for Advancement of Science and Technology (SCAAST) at the 9th Executive Committee election held on 29 June 2025. On behalf of the 9th Executive Committee, I am grateful to a large number of new and old members, scholars, professors, entrepreneurs and friends at a moment of crossroads for the SCAAST with a humble attitude and gratitude.
